As on The Inside

This is the finished version of the original sketch. I've had discussions with my teachers about it for the senior project, this is one of the most successful of the works and all my teachers like the idea. I put in a lot of work on this one and was very happy to hear that.

I decided to name the left guy Rody, and the right one Elsen.

Again this is still up to self-interpretation. I'll explain my concept below.

The idea of this is that close friends and people we care for can make us feel beautiful inside. Sometimes it takes a lot of hard work, empathy, sympathy, and time to help a person feel good about themselves. It makes us grow, swell, feel confident,  able to look in the mirror easier when we're doubtful. However we also should appreciate the people that helped get us out of our ruts, that let us know how truly beautiful we are. What's more is it must be true in some way, at least to the ones we care for, if they are willing to work that hard to help show us the beauty that's inside of us.

Pre-Completion

One of my major projects for my senior thesis in college, my project "The Beauty of Men". I leave it up to self-interpretation, if you want to hear my version of the story read below hehe.

A dear friend got beaten pretty badly. He blames himself, how unattractive and  his low self-esteem, not knowing how to talk out the situation, and lack of strength. His friend comforts him, but refuses to take the things he's saying about himself. He asks if he can prove that he's better and stronger than he says but it will change his dear friend a lot. He agrees to it. The other uses a special power, it reflects the inner beauty and strength of a person he uses it on onto their outside. However if the person is inwardly beautiful it uses the users health as a cost. If the person were ugly inside they'd look more outside too, and would make the user healthier.

Hope you like it Please give me feedback on this one. I do intend to at least flat color it. I am aware of the problems with some of the panels like odd joints and stilted, obviously copy and pasted, parts.
